Pga Tour Golf: Thorbjorn Olesen Lead with Akshay Bhatia in 3M Open

Thorbjorn Olesen made three eighth and shot four under 67 on Saturday in the 3M Championship open to the lead in the third round with Akshay Hatia.

Olesen, 35 -year -old Danish player who led after the second round, used six iron in the eighth place 209 yard in the twin TPC.

Olsen said: “It was a rear pin. I felt as if I couldn’t get there with seven, so we went to the six soft iron,” Olsen said. “Obviously, the slope is completely taken, a great reward for seeing it. It has been a long time since I got one.”

Bhatia was 63 for first publication in 18 below.

“I was cut twice, and I made a lot of Bots,” she said. “I stumbled a lot of nails, which were really nice to see. Everyone is all, just a very strong tour. I felt as if I had done a very good work in the roughness today. I didn’t get it great, but fortunately, the vegetables are soft enough for what you can do somewhat.”

Kurt Kitayama matches the championship and recorded the course with 60, as it ended before Olesen and Jake Knapp in the final group, to reach 17 below. His Japanese teammate, Takomi Kanaya, 65, was also at the age of seventeen with Nab (67) and the Stevens Medal (66).

Olsen followed the hole in one with a ghost in nine. In the ninth background, the watermelon 13 and 14, three, three for the ghost, and a stained tin on the fourth short 16th, and withholding the last two. European tour winner eight times chasing the first PGA tour.

“It is clear that it is different and it is a great opportunity,” Olsen said. “I will not lie, there will be a lot of pressure, but in my career I felt well dealt with the pressure. It is clear that winning the DP World round, but Ryde Cups as well.”

Bahtia, the 23 -year -old California player, achieved the PGA victories, from 42 feet to birds in the fifth and 55 feet to other birds in 11.

“I just try to play the solid golf game and we hope that the cards will drop my way tomorrow,” said Bhatia.

Kitaiama matches the championship mark that Adam Svinson put in the first round. Paul Gyudus also gets a share of the training course, where he shot 60 in the 2017 3M Championships at the PGA Tour Championship. Kitaiama was 12 sticks and ghosts. Play the ninth front in seven below 28.

“I was just a kind of going there,” Kitaiama said. “I don’t think you really have a number that goes out to any tour, just take what you can get.”
