institutionThe conclusion of the season’s long -awaited confrontation between the GAL DORNICK (Lou Llobell), the head of the second institution, and the mysterious mule (Pilou asbæk). We do not use “long -awaited”. GAAL literally put itself in the recession and outside it for 152 years, so it was alive while climbing the mule to power. She had live visions for a violent confrontation for years.

So when the moment finally reached the “The Darkness”, viewers were shocked to find the mule is not at all. It is just a piracy that they are exposed to before TRUE MULE: Bayta Mallow (Karlson plays), a rich social that was hiding her true identity throughout the season. a surprise!

Sherrill Edi, IO9: In Episode 10 we learn that Bita has a great secret. In which part of this process, did you learn its true story?

Synn prove Karlsen: I learned somewhat early. When I was meeting this role, they had a kind of hint that there was something under it that they had not revealed yet. After that, once I fell in officially, they told me exactly who was really, which is very exciting.

IO9: How did you plan this in your performance? Was there specific moments leading to episode 10, which felt like hints of the public?

Carlsen: It is really difficult because when I was playing it, she (she) was acting in honesty and a complete truth of what you believed in. There is only one thing that you hold all the time, so this unpopular thing you don’t say. I would like to say it was very easy to play in a really real way, because these were all goals you really want.

What was more difficult is the moments that, for example, (Balladeer) Magnifico plays the role of the stage, or talks about his relationship with the captain. Nobody looks at Baita, and the camera is on Peta. And I think that at those moments, let her feel what she would feel. Fortunately, there were no lines, so it did not abandon anything.

But I am definitely thinking about the viewer, as soon as they know the disclosure, when you return and watch it, it will be completely clear. There will be some real moments of adhesion. I mean, as a viewer of her myself, although I am in it, when I watch it again, I was like, “Oh my God, this is very clear!” Fortunately, I do not think that many people have been detected yet. So I hope to keep it hidden enough.

IO9: When you say, “I am a mule” – what feelings do you feel at that time? How was it like this scene?

Carlsen: There were quite a few repetitions for this scene, only in length and how the detection was turned on. Ultimately, I think it becomes something – it is somewhat similar when something painful needs to say, there is no hide. You have to say what it is and I felt as if it was truly vent, for me as an actor, and I think it is bye.

I think it’s really a good person who believes in what you do; It was only able to say this fact and was sticking to it for a long time. I think (pirates) describes it as a pre -completion, so everyone finally became in this room and was waiting for this moment throughout our lives. To face Gaal and to be TORAN and Magnifico and all of these people around her and the death of pirates, it’s this moment, “Oh, that’s what I was waiting for. I am so happy that I could finally be honest about who I am.” This is how I felt for me to play.

IO9: She says, “I will explain all of this, I promise you,” for Touran, but we do not hear that, along with the flashback that appears to be her childhood, not a mule, which we saw in the seventh episode. Can you walk through what you think her plan looks?

Carlsen: I had ideas. I think there is somewhat really – I really don’t know how to describe it, but it is somewhat similar to the brutal side to the byte. I have come up with these difficulties that can be very harsh when you need to be, and I think she is also not afraid to sell herself in certain ways to see her and become famous.

Her background was very important for me in terms of discovering her type of how to find Turan. I imagine that, as I said, is a really difficult path. But it is clear that she had this power in which it was a kind of formulation and reaching its classification and trying to understand it and use it in its favor.

I think she met pirates and felt very satisfied, because he was the person who really did not care that he was a complete brutal. She could use it as a pandeh, then she also truly or mistaken that she was not fully controlled, so for any of the terrible things he really did, she could not blame, somehow. Yes, definitely an interesting wallpaper, this is definitely.

The final basis is a mule

IO9: Have you ever worked with Pilou ASBæK to align your characters?

Carlsen: Yes, of course. We talked a lot. I studied his viewers in the same way that I was studying my own views, because I was fascinated by what his personality was doing really and the purpose he was serving for Beta. But as I said, it was completely acceptable to choose a person like him, because it could get out of the blame in terms of the type of terror and cruelty it enacted.

So it was important for me to find something of similarities in it, but it was also interesting to see the way he played. I also saw a lot of scenes. I came and watching him in the group and see what he was doing. Because I think there is a double awareness in Payeta, and you really don’t know what is true and what is it. It was interesting for me to be this darkness, almost, that this person there was doing these things and they are familiar with them but a kind of control over them completely.

IO9: You get a meaning early in this season that people are less than it. It starts from a kind of fabid, and as a result, people do not realize how intelligence is. Do you think it tends to tend to do so?

Carlsen: Quite, yes. This is that it has a lot of strength in some way because it, as I said, is almost light. But as soon as you know – I mean, it was exciting for me to read texts, because when you have knowledge of who is really, there is a different weight for her. You realize how it is not completely Vapid and is completely strong and amazing.

IO9: Bayta is a character in ASIMOV books, although her story has been changed a lot in the presentation, as with books detection – in Magnifico books, not Bayta, which was detected as a muffle in camouflage. Do you expect what might be the audience’s reaction?

Carlsen: I am not sure. This is a little tense, but I am very excited. I think this is an exciting change. I think the show has done well in putting female views in a type that is not traditionally led by many women. So I think it is a great development and I think it’s exciting. Also, I think it is fun to stay on your toes. It is fun to be enjoyable and shock and I think this definitely does so. So I hope that DieHard book fans will not be very frustrated – but they are already excited about this change that was made.
