“Pay me to take unnecessary papers instead”: A happy employee with the European team, criticizing the Indian human resources on the WFH case

Getting a work of home approvals can be completely important. It may be more frustrating when it is finally taken after getting the long -awaited approval, you cannot benefit from your work from home because of some other reasons.

An employee working with a European company recently claimed in the Reddit publication that the “friendly employee” environment has become toxic because of the Indian culture culture. He said that the Indian administration does not allow employees to enjoy the privileges offered by the company.

He said in his position: “I have been hung several times in this branch about the extent of the employee’s friendly at my workplace – there is no additional work at work, and a flexible transformation for 8 hours, hybrid (4 days a week). I spent a year here and frankly, I am very happy. But I think sometimes, the Indian mentality does not allow us to enjoy these privileges.”

The user accused the Indian human resources of the company deprived him of working from home when he needed him more. He also said that he recently got a sprain in his foot and had to stay at home for two weeks since traveling to the metro was not possible. Because of this, he took a week vacation and asked his manager in Europe to work for one week from the house for the next week.

“Indian human resources were against them and prompted me to take unnecessary leaves instead, which I saved for something else later this year. Now, I will have a great family work when I go back. While I am completely fine and able to work at the present time. And since all my work is far, it is tampering that I cannot work from home,” the user said towards the end of his post.

Reddit users rushed to share their faces in the user position. One of the users asked: “Did you mention human resources that you are not a factory factor ??” On this, the user replied that human resources offered the papers and hoped that it would recover well.

“HRS is nothing but the respondent reception staff. They should not agree or reject your papers – this is the task of the manager.”

“Isn’t the final manager’s decision? I don’t think my human resources know even when I am on vacation or when I am in WFH,” a third user commented. “The same story everywhere … Indian people spoil the life of Indians even while Franji is completely fine as long as the delivery of the right track,” one of the fourth users pointed out.
