Patanjali’s Baba Ramdev faces heat on “suspicious” transactions, and the claim report

Batangali According to AYURVED, AYURVED is scrutinized by the Ministry of Companies Affairs due to a series of financial transactions that have been marked as suspicious.

According to the Bloomberg report, the ministry sent a notice to the company after the Federal Economic Intelligence Wing set some transactions as “abnormal and doubtful”, referring to the officials whose name was not revealed aware of this issue.

The amounts concerned have not been revealed, as the investigation remains in its early stages. Bloomberg added that Batangali has about two months to respond to the government’s notice.

The report added that officials are also studying possible violations of corporate governance standards and whether there is any money transfer.

This is not the first time that the company or its subsidiaries has drawn the organizational heat. Last year, Batangalia unit faced government notifications on alleged unparalleled taxes and inappropriate recovery claims.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court prevented the company from announcing its products as a treatment for some medical conditions.
