Paris was struck by marble size and thunderstorms

The cold was seen in the size of the marble in the streets of Paris, while cars were damaged from the trees on which lightning fell on Saturday afternoon.

Simple floods also temporarily closed metro stations, according to local reports.

Thunderstorms are expected to be across parts of southern Europe this week, including the southern regions of France, but there is an opportunity to start spreading north again later in the week.
