Parents are prosecuting Tesla after the Cybertruck collision kills his daughter, claiming the design of the defective door is trapped during the fire

The parents of a university student who lost her life in the Cybertruck accident began legal actions against Tesla Inc. (Nasdak:Timing). They attribute their daughter to the design of the electronic door of the car.

According to a recent report, an illegal death lawsuit was filed against Tesla by parents Christa TsukaharaA 19 -year -old university student.

The lawsuit claims that Tsukhara was besieged inside the burning car due to the cyberruck electronic doors system, which ultimately led to her death, luck.

The last incident occurred last November in Pidmont, California, when Cyberroc Tsukhara was traveling in a collision with a tree and exploded in fire. The lawsuit confirms that Tsukhara survived the initial influence, but surrendered to inhalation and burns smoke after being trapped inside the car.

The lawsuit also states that the electronic doors system in Tesla, which depends on the 12 -volt battery, can be disrupted during accidents, which makes it impossible for passengers to open the doors electronically.

The lawsuit also indicates that manual doors are challenges to find and use them, especially in emergency situations.
