Pardon: More than 10,000 dead during two years of violence in the north and central Nigeria

Amnesty International said on Thursday that more than 10,000 people were killed across the central and northern Nigeria in the two years since President Paula Teenopo took office, and he blamed his administration for his failure to stop the increase in jihadist attacks, thieves, and joint violence.
