At “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine” “Progress” episode (May 9, 1993), Nog (Aron Eceenberg) and Jake (Cirroc Loft) stumbles on a strange job opportunity. It seems that the uncle of Nuj Cark (Armen Shimmerman) has accidentally bought a large amount of yamok sauce, which is mainly a connection that Cardianz has mainly. Due to the presence of only one Cardian in Deep Space Nine, there is no use in Quark for things. Nouj asks his uncle if he and Jik can get it, and Kawark agreed, happy to get it out of his hands.

NOG feels that he and Jek can sell the sauce, and they find intelligently a buyer. Unfortunately, the Lissepian charging commander to which they speak does not have Latin to buy the sauce. The only thing he has is the total stem screw that determines the self, which he offers in return. Knowledge of the sauce will be spoiled soon, and there will be many other retirees, and the Nog and Jake accept the offer. The total stem screws that determine the self in one of the cargo bays are loaded at the space station. But now, a new puzzle arose: What will they do with all these stem screws? In fact, they find that there is a more fundamental question that must be asked first: What is the stem bombing that penetrates selfly?

In the end, NOG and Jake shall circulate the screws for several plots of land on the Bajor planet. Noug hates the idea, and the feeling that the Earth has no value; I think there is no real estate market on Vernginar. Fortunately, their lands gain value when the BAJORAN government requires the construction project. For their money, NOG and Jake sells their lands to Quark for arranged profit. Everything works for them in the end.

About these stem screws? Jake and NOG did not discover what they used.

What are the stem screws that determine the self -used self?

The central joke of the episode is that it does not know the nor joke- nor anyone else to this issue-exactly what is the radical boundary that seals the self. Once they already have thousands of viewers in DS9 shipments, they think about an engineer question, Chief O’Brien (Colm Meney), what is a radical gear. O’Brien, however, is equal. He does not know what a stem bombing is doing, or what they use, or why anyone wants. The name only indicates that it can be used to decrease things, and it will be an advantage of picking up the bus.

The stem bombing that carries the self is, in short, the element of useless user interface. A mysterious thing with an unlimited technical function. The viability of the stem screws has become something of the ongoing gag all over the “Star Trek”, and many of the franchise book have kept their actual use almost significantly. The “progress” was the last time that anyone sees the stem bombing that penetrates the screen on the “Deep Space Nine”, but it was said to be useful on another occasion at least. In the episode “Nabi Mudah” (February 20, 1995), Kuark noticed that he also counted an overall stem screws that are rising on its own, and that he found a legitimate buyer paying good money for them.

The buyer would have provided Quark Ten Ten Bars from the pressed golden gun, saying they could easily build multiple directive traders in the reverse guidance with them. What is exactly the level of reverse guidance? Another facade element whose function remains mysterious like a self -carrying stem. The only thing we know about directing merchants is that stem screws are required to manufacture them.

At other times the stem screws were mentioned on Star Trek

In another wink on the user interface element, both the self -penetration and reverse guidance device were suggested to stand up as possible tools to regulate theft of protection in the “Deep Space Nine” episode by Inferno’s Light “(February 17, 1997), and O’Brien Namecheckkeck again in The last episode of the show, “What you leave behind” (June 2, 1999). O’Brien noted that the engineers were invaluable for the officers of Starfleet who graduated from the Starfleet Academy, and that he was keen to take a new position as a coach there. He said that someone had to teach Starfleet officers the differences between the flow of flow and a self -loaded trunk annex.

It will take 21 years before the appearance of another stem nail on “Star Trek”, as they were mentioned in the third season episode of “Star Trek: Discovery”. Specifically, in the episode “Al -Zubalain” (November 19, 2020). This season is held after the discovery of USS jumped forward at a time of more than 900 years, and found that most Starfleet had been eliminated in a disaster at the galaxy level. The catastrophic, called the burning, caused the explosion of all crawling championships with dealthium crystals, which leads to the travel of the most speedy area. It has been observed that the bodies of the explosions have been dismantled to the parts, and that even the stem screws that determine the self have been taken.

The “Star Trek: Lower Decks” series was widespread with references to the old Star Trek episodes, so it was only a matter of time before the book of this show fell in reference to the screws. Finally happened in “Part Fereng’s Heart Place” (October 5, 2023), an episode in which Boimler (Jack Quaid) found the Tawny Newsome tied with a distinctive piece in a nerve seizure. Boimler notes: “This radical boob has been longing for a long time, most likely it cannot affect the self anymore.” There is no note that Mariner builds a level for reverse guidance, or anything else to this issue.

Will the screws return to future offers? Only the time will be told.
