Palestinian activist Khalil denied his launch of the son’s birth, as the wife says Israeli conflict news

Mahmoud Khalil Nour Abdullah’s wife accuses the US government of trying to silence the pro -Palestinians activity.

His wife said that Mahmoud Khalil, a pro -Palestinian activist who was detained in the United States, was waiting for his deportation, had missed the birth of his son after he refused to temporarily release the birth.

Nour Abdel -Ala said on Monday that she gave birth to the first child of the couple in New York without Khalil’s presence after she took immigration and customs enforcement “a meaningful decision” to make her family suffer.

Abdullah, an American citizen, said in a statement: “I should not move my son and I in his early days on the face of the earth without Mahmoud.”

“Ice and Trump stole these precious moments of our family in an attempt to silence Mahmoud’s support for Palestinian freedom.”

“I will continue to fight every day until Mahmoud returns to the house for us,” she added.

“I know when Mahmoud is released, our son will appear how brave, thoughtful and emotional, just like his father.”

ICE did not immediately respond to the comment.

Khalil, he called for high studies at Columbia University playing a prominent role in the campus protests last year against the Israel war in Gaza, who was detained by the immigration authorities on March 8 as part of the US President Donald Trump’s campaign against the activity of the Palestinians.

The Trump administration is seeking to deport Khalil, who is being detained in a ice facility in Louisiana, claiming that his invitation had undermined our efforts to “combat anti -Semitism” and “protect Jewish students from harassment and violence.”

Khalil, an American permanent resident, denied engaging in anti -Semitism.

The Louisiana immigration judge spent earlier this month that the Trump administration could apply for deportations against Khalil, and found that the government “has proven through clear and convincing evidence that it is removable.”

Khalil’s lawyers said they would appeal the decision.
