Onye NG achieved the highest break by a woman on Snooker World’s tour with 137 at England Open in Essex.

The Hong Kong player’s break surpassed 133 Alison Fisher, registered in the classic Dubai 1992.

NG went to lose 4-2 in front of Liam Hevield in Brentwood.

Earlier this season, the 34 -year -old became the first woman to reach the last 32 of the classification event, in the championship league.

According to the World Snooker tour, Mink Nutchaute is the only woman to make 147 during a training match, and she does this in 2019.

The English Open is the fourth event for this season with Stephen Maguire’s victory in the championship league, where Neil Roberton was behind Ronnie Osoulvan 10-9 to prevent him in Saudi Arabia, and Xiao Guodong keeps the Wuhan Open title.

The first “Triple Crown” event – UK Championship – from November 29 to December 7 in York, followed by a master’s degree at Alexandra Palace from January 11 and 18, then the World Championship in Sheffield from April 18 to May 4.
