Hind Hassan is studying the possibility of a new nuclear weapon race, companies that help fuel them, and the risks they offer.

Eighty years after the use of the first and only nuclear weapons – the American Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings in August 1945 were not – that the risk of an unimaginable occurrence was not more than ever.

The largest nuclear forces in the world – Russia and the United States – are closer to conflict since the height of the Cold War.

While upgrading their nuclear capabilities, and even talking frankly about their use, all signs indicate the beginnings of the second nuclear armament race.

Only this time, there are not only two players, but three: China, which was once a novice member in the nuclear club, is working to expand a faster arsenal than any other country.
