Ange Postecoglou admitted that no changes have been eliminated after Tottenham from the FA Cup by Aston Villa.
The loss represents 2-1 out of a second cup in three days for the London Club, after losing to Liverpool in the Carabau Cup on Thursday.
Although postecoglou felt disappointed by the performance, he says it is the story of their season and they simply capture themselves and go again.
He said: “It is clear that we are disappointed.
“We got a better grip for the game, but unfortunately, we failed to shorten. When you go to the target, it gives momentum and opposition confidence. You want to wrestle with control early and did not do that.
“We were still in the game (at the end of the first half). We just needed to hang there.

“We still scored, and we have opportunities to create more opportunities. We have always been in the game but we are calling for an early goal and the second makes it difficult.”
“Nothing is really changing. We have two weeks now where we have no mid -week games.
This group has done incredible for two and a half months. I can’t praise them enough, and play twice a week since November. They will get a chance to reset now and end the season strong.
“Europe is still very important for us, we are still in a great place there, and we will hope to restore some players in the next two weeks.
“We will return the players who will help, we had 11 players in the first team today. I took it out of any team in one game and they will fight – we were doing it for two and a half months.
“Players go there and give everything they can. It will be much better if they have some help.”
It remains to see whether the chairman of the board of directors, Daniel Levy, will withdraw the trigger and stir after a bleak week, but with the return of the players from the injury, his referee may be dedicated to the stages of the knockout in the European League instead.
