Notes indicate that Dallas Shooter targeted ICE, but the detainees were hit by a way

The officials said that the observations written by the person who opened fire on a texas facility in Texas indicated that he was targeting ice agents and did not intend to cause the detained damage.

One of the detainees was killed and two others were seriously injured after a sniper opened a suspected fire in a migration and customs enforcement center (ICE) in Dallas on Wednesday.
