NHL fans interact with veteran D-Man retirement after 17 NHL seasons

Veteran defender NHL Eric Johnson retired after 17 seasons in the league. He was ranked first by St. Louis Blues in 2006 and also played with Colorado Avando and Bouvalo Sprers and Philadelphia Flaces. Johnson ended his career with 95 goals and 253 passes in 1023 games. He scored five points with the classification of +1 in its last season.

Colorado Johnson congratulated X, describing him as “one of its kind” and thanked him for his time with the team.

“Eric Johnson, you are one of its kind. Thank you for everything you did in Burgundy and Blue, and congratulations on your retirement,” Avalanche on Wednesday.

Eric Johnson thanks the fans and the teams, retiring from NHL

Eric Johnson announced his retirement with a common message on Nhl.com. Thanks to each team, with a special male of Colorado Avand and 2022 Stanley Cup Win.

Johnson said: “After 18 years of NHL, I retired with a heart full of gratitude,” Johnson said. “To St. Louis Blues, Boufalo Sprers, Philadelphia, and most of all from Colorado Avanch: Thank you for opportunities and memories, especially the 2022 Stanley Cup.”

He also thanked his family and friends for their support throughout his career.

Johnson said, “Hockey was my life, and I am grateful for every second,” Johnson said.

Johnson moves away from the game with respect and memories.
