Neymar says he will reveal his next professional move in the next few weeks, as speculation continues about the future of his club to grow.

The Brazilian striker returned to his first club, Santos, in January with a five -month deal, which is scheduled to end at the end of June.

While the club hopes to keep it until the 2026 World Cup, Neymar insists that he has not made a final decision.

“I still don’t know. I will not answer any other questions on this topic. I have already said that I do not know, because I am still thinking about it.

“There is no use in asking me again within three days, because the answer will be the same. I will decide only after June 12,” said after the Santos 3-1 lost to Leipzig on Wednesday.

As the upper part of Brazil stopped the club’s World Cup starting from June 12, speculation increased whether Neymar would stay or move elsewhere.

His father and his worker, Neymar da Silva Santos, addressed the rumors, admitting that the future of his son is still uncertain.

“On June 30, everyone will know whether we will continue,” he said.

“We did not decide anything, because Neymar’s contract does not end and the renewal has not yet been discussed. The renewal depends on several factors. Santos has complete freedom to accept Neymar or not. To say whether he wants to renew his contract or not.

“Now we need to know if Santos has the Temple to keep Neymar. It’s not up to us … Now, Neymar is a market?”

She hindered the return of the 32 -year -old to Santos due to repeated muscle injuries, which restricted him to three games in the league so far.

His father added: “It was imperative that it would happen. These injuries were expected.

“We knew that the inactivity that we went through for a period of time means that we needed to build our minutes, reach the field, and push ourselves a little to see how our bodies will interact after such long workers.

“We are very happy with what he is doing, with his recovery. Today he managed to play 45 minutes. Neymar is strong, we are happy with how things go.”
