According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Sanchez, 38, was arrested on Saturday, October 4, on a charge of felony assault involving serious bodily injury, along with three misdemeanor charges. Court documents also revealed new details about the moments leading up to the fight.

Toole told investigators that Sanchez appeared intoxicated and “smelled of alcohol” when he approached the truck.
