Daily mobility in urban passages in India can often feel like a battle, with long hours on crowded highways that affect physical and mental luxury. For many employees, strict office transfers and work policies add pressure, leaving a large field of balance between work and personal life.
Long distances, offices transport decisions, and the lack of employee support leaves frustrated workers, as one of the employees residing in Gorgown shared his ordeal online. A Jurgown employee shared his struggle on Redait, in detailing the ordeal of travel between Gurgown and Nuwaida for a period of three years-a trip that takes from six to seven hours every day, eight days per month.
“I know that Yamuna Expressway is completely well so that this makes me angry. My loyalty and sincerity this company are unrealistic, right?” books. He hoped that the company’s new office would reduce Gurgaon from navigating. “For 18 months I was waiting. They dreamed. They built a luxurious new office in Gurgown! A glorious journey from 15 to 20 minutes for me! I thought, well, the sky will finally open, you will improve the welfare of mental and physical welfare, and will give us comprehensive approval. This is the return. Now?”
But his satisfaction has never come. “MD decided in Maharashtra, D in southern India, and the other D in Nuwaida not to transfer their teams to Gurgown even colleagues who travel from Gurgown. They do not want to agree to it. Some of the lame and ridiculous reasons, I do not even know what it is.”
He added that colleagues who live nearby make decisions forcing him to continue to “lose his soul on the highway”, describing it “the high harassment and heaven.”
Soon the viral post went between the red, which prompted the shared advice and experiences. One user warned, “Try to look for a new job. You will be closer to what you think and will affect your health!” Other introduction process solutions: “If there are 8 days a month, search for a temporary place in Nuwaida for those eight days and complete your share in WFO in one. If it is two days a week, then move to Nuwaida permanently, if you live in a rented house and do not want to change the company.”
Some users were reflected in their competing experiences. “I have diluted Gorgown to Nuwaida, 5-6 days a week for two years, and let me tell you, the roads have grown, the movement has grown on me. I became my determination; the journey saw me in my worst cases, and even at my best. I felt the last vitality, and sometimes I felt vitality. GF lives at the top, restoring dear/bitter memories.”
