Sharing a roundup of my favorite wellness products from 2024! If you’re looking to use up your FSA/HSA credits before they expire, I’ve included these little asterisks *** for businesses that accept FSA/HSA or can be reimbursed with a letter of medical necessity. Of course, check with your doctor and insurance provider!

Hello friends! How are you? How was your weekend? I hope you have a great one. Our room was low key and nice. We went out to dinner with friends, taught a couple of classes and did some holiday baking.

In today’s post, I wanted to share with you a roundup of my favorite wellness products from 2024! It’s perfect as December winds down and you start setting health and new year goals, as well as using up any FSA or HSA balances before they expire. I’d love to hear about your favorite health/wellness products that you love too!

Just a heads up that I don’t use an FSA or HSA, but I know a lot of you do, so if you have any helpful tips, please share them in the comments.

This is a fairly new discovery — I’ve been using them on and off for about two years — and I think they’re one of the most valuable things you can do for your metabolic health. Many of us have insulin resistance, and by wearing a CGM, you can get real-time data on how exercise, sleep, nutrition (especially sugar and alcohol), exercise, stress, and habits affect your blood glucose levels. I like to wear one every couple of months just to check it, and my blood sugar level is something I’ve been trying to monitor because my numbers are often a little higher than I’d like them to be.

This jug It filters out over 360 contaminants and is very easy to use. I just fill it with water from the refrigerator and place it next to the Somavedic. I like these filters because they are inexpensive (about $100) and you only have to replace the filter every 3 months. We have too AquaTru reverse osmosis filter under the sink.

Life wave spots

These are a very recent favorite and the pilot and I are obsessed. I have noticed a huge difference in my energy, productivity, focus, and libido. We are using X39. The pilot has more energy! From what I’ve heard, the results get better over time. A girl in my class yesterday said she had been using it for over a year and her hair had grown so much – her hair was so thick and gorgeous. This is a detox It is a game changer and I absolutely love completing it every three months. Cavitation It’s a really great tool to evaluate metabolic flexibility and how efficiently your body burns carbohydrates and fat. You breathe in Lumen and the carbon dioxide levels in our breath help Lumen determine the Respiratory Exchange Ratio (RER). This is ranked on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 to 5; 1 is mostly fat and 5 is mostly carbs) and this number depends on whether we are burning mostly carbs or fat at that moment. Lumen suggests a total split for the day, based on your RER, your workout for the day (you can enter each day’s workout in the app), sleep, and the previous day’s data. I jumped on the Aura train years ago I instantly fell in love with the data and sleep tracker. I’ve taken a break during my recovery over the past year and a half, but I’ve been wanting to get it back. Ora It has become smarter and more intuitive over the past year, especially now that it can be synced with natural cycles.

Walking pillow

I use my walking pad every day. I ordered one of the cheaper ones on Amazon and was impressed with the quality. He does what he has to do! It’s a great way to take steps during conference calls and studying IHP Materials.

Air doctors It has changed our lives and we now have one in almost every room in the house. It filters a lot of bad particles from the air – when you open the filter to change it, it will be difficult to see how much particles are floating through the air. My full review here.
