Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently appeared on Joe Rogance’s podcast where the two discussed the shift in the company’s culture in a wide-ranging interview.

“This means we are aiming to exit approximately another 5% of our current employees who have been with the company long enough to receive a performance appraisal,” Meta said in the memo.
Zuckerberg said that employees affected by the cuts will receive a “generous severance package” from Meta.
