Kylian Mbappe admits that he was happy with Paris Saint -Germain after the Champions League victory, despite leaving the club just one year ago under tense conditions.
The French striker, who joined Real Madrid in a free transportation last summer, said that he did not feel the bitterness that you’ve watched his previous side in the end raising the club’s cup in Europe.
“I was happy,” Mbappe said to reporters.
“They were the best team in Europe. I can’t remember that seeing them is 5-0. It is worth 100 %, and they became the team that everyone wants to overcome.”
Paris Saint -Germain’s victory, which was long awaited, came four years after its loss in the 2020 final against Bayern Munich, and he won great start to the club, which has decreased again and again despite the great investment.
MBAPPE left Paris Saint -Germain as the best scorer ever, but later took a legal action against the club, as he searched for 55 million euros with unpaid wages. Despite this conflict, the 26 -year -old does not carry any will towards his old teammates.

He added: “Paris Saint -Germain won the Champions League with me, and this does not affect me. This is a good thing. I think we are all facing challenges in our career.”
“I am a little more in the eye of the storm, which is good. I always liked to be in these situations, it is up to me to work. I reflected some trends in my career, I stumbled a lot on my back and I was able to stop it.
“Have you left very soon?
MBAPPE scored 43 goals in all competitions during his first season in Real Madrid, but the Spanish giants ended the campaign without silver tools.
They finished second in Barcelona in Laliga and Copa Del Rey and were eliminated by Arsenal in the Champions League quarter -final.
When asked about who believed he deserved Ballon D’or, MBAPPE threw his support behind Aymanani Dembele – his former colleague in Paris Saint -Germain – on the rising Barcelona star Lamal Yamal.
