According to the geological survey of the United States of America, which is a somewhat strong earthquake, 5.1 was sold in Iran on Friday.

Temblor happened at 9:19 pm Iran time, about 22 miles southwest of Salim, Iran, data from the agency.

While seismologists review the available data, they may review the amount of the report reported. Additional information collected on the earthquake may also push USGs to update the Shake-Severity Map.
