Manchester United fans deserve the success of the European League as a reward for fixed support

Harry Maguir is designed to pay Manchester United fans for their loyalty this season and admitted, “We have disappointed their hopes a lot.”

United faces Tottenham in the European League final in Bilbao tomorrow night in the hope of getting the cup, qualifying for the Champions League, and saving something from a miserable season.

“(The fans) were absolutely unbelievable this season, it was surprising that the players were supported by the extent of their support for us.

“They were very disappointed. We gave them some good times in the European League and some great memories in terms of winning the Derby in the Federation and Things, but it surprised me.

“It was great when we play in front of them, although we do not lead.

“That’s why I think they deserve it. We have a great opportunity to go and win the cup final and give them that day. It is only a good day if we go back and win the championship.”

The rotation contributed to the Premier League conflicts

Amorim has been happy to rotate his team in recent weeks, giving the European League priority to the Premier League given the huge prize at stake.
