Manchester City is moving forward in talks over a centre-back duo worth 80 million euros

Manchester City are making rapid progress in their bid to sign Palmeiras defender Vitor Reis, with reports that personal terms have been agreed with the Brazilian teenager. Lens defender Abdulkader Khosanov also stays in January transformation Window Wish List.
