Bernardo Silva, Captain in Manchester City, says Liverpool is still its biggest competitor despite Arsenal in recent years.

Arsenal ended three points before the last City campaign, as Pep Guardiola failed to win the Premier League for the first time in four seasons.

Despite the appearance of Arsenal as a title competitor, Silva insists on defending the Liverpool champion in the city.

“All competitions are different,” said Silva Sky Sports.

“Our biggest rival is Liverpool, because these are the men who always competed with us to get titles, and they also managed to win the title.

“So, the competitions are completely different, but so far, I would like to say that our competitors, our great competitors, have always been Liverpool.”
