Makeup artist details Aaron Vipers’ alleged threats to Denise Richards

Pamela Brogardia beauty expert based in Beverly Hills, California, testified in court in Los Angeles on Tuesday, October 7, as part of Richards’ efforts to obtain a permanent restraining order against her ex-husband, 53. Us Weekly can be confirmed.

In response to questions posed by Richards’ legal team, Brogardi claimed Vipers told Richards, 54, “I’m going to break your f***ing legs,” after barging into a room at his Malibu health center in December 2021 where Brogardi was working Richards’ magic for the day.

Brogardi, who worked with Richards when she starred The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills During Seasons 9 and 10 in 2019 and 2020, she also claimed to have heard Phypers speaking “aggressively” to Richards on multiple occasions and covered bruises on the actress’ body “at least a dozen times.”

Recalling an alleged incident that occurred “between 2020 and 2022” when she saw several bruises on the thigh, “probably half the size of the palm of my hand,” Brogardi claimed Richards “was scared” when she confronted her about it. “She looked like she was scared and feared for her life,” Brogardi said. “She was very scared that night. He didn’t care if anyone was around or not. He chased her and that’s what scared her.”

Brogardi, who admitted she was “like Richards’ sister” during cross-examination by Phypers’ attorney, indicated that she did not see Phypers hit Richards at any point. “I didn’t see with my eyes (but) I have good senses,” Brogardi said after her allegations against him. “I can assure you, if (Richards) says that’s what happened, that’s what happened,” Brogardi said.

Brogardi recalled several incidents while speaking in court, including a trip to Atlanta “around October 2022 to November 2022” when she was hired as Richards’ makeup artist on a movie set. Broguardi claimed Phypers, who joined his ex-wife on the trip, became “very hot” after realizing he couldn’t fit a suitcase in Richards’ loaned Ferrari.

The makeup artist claimed she heard the former couple arguing from behind the hotel room door. “I heard a lot of cursing about him not listening…I specifically remember him calling her a ‘fucking bitch’ and (he was) angry about her not listening to him when he told her not to take her in the car,” Broguardi alleged.

During questioning about the alleged Atlanta incident by Phypers’ attorney, Brogardi said she was not at the airport herself and did not physically witness the altercation between the former spouses. She stated that she did not contact the police or security officials at that time.

Brogardi also discussed overhearing a previous expletive-laced argument in November 2021 before a red carpet event in Los Angeles before recalling an alleged incident in “January or June 2022” that left her applying makeup to a large bruise. “(Richards) lifted her glasses and saw one of the worst black eyes I have ever seen,” Brogardi claimed, adding that Richards looked “sad, embarrassed (and) carried shame” as a result of the black eye.

“I asked her (how she got it)… She told me they got into an argument and Aaron hit her but he apologized profusely for that,” Brogardi claimed. “She was almost protecting him.”

Brogardi noted that Richards showed similar emotions when explaining the moment she allegedly heard Vipers threaten to break her legs. “(Richards) sometimes has a way of excusing bad behavior…and acts like he’s joking,” Brogardi said. “She was used to it.”
