Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro said on Monday that the security forces disturbed the “false science” conspiracy by what local terrorists called to plant explosives at the American embassy in Caracas and thumb tensions on drug trafficking. He referred to sources whose name unveiled claims that the plan sought to provoke Washington.
