French President Emmanuel Macron tells “confrontation with the nation with Margaret Brennan” that he plans this week at the United Nations General Assembly to make the official character of his country’s decision to recognize a Palestinian state. But he added that he was “required” that the enthusiasm of the remaining hostages will launch before France open an embassy.
