Locke Litler, perhaps, reduced his close competitors, from the talk of retirement as he puts his eyes on adding his length to his superiority at the top of arrows.
Nathan Aspinal claimed this week that Litler “may be out within five years” because the 18 -year -old world champion does not show any signs of leaving his hegemony slow.
Littler returns to O2 Arena on Thursday, where GERWYN PRICE faces the Premier League semi -final while looking to get his second consecutive title.
He was quick to close the possibility of walking early.
“I know I heard that, I don’t know where it got from that – don’t worry, I will be here for 10 years,” said Litler.
“I am crazy to think about retirement. If I win 16 world titles like Phil (Taylor), I will retire, but I am not thinking about retirement in the minute – the money is present, especially the world championship but not only that everything has risen.
“It is all about what you feel and I’m sure I will be here for a long time.”
The outbreak of the Littler included the place of the Premier League, Grand Slam and World Series in 2024, followed by the World Darts 2025 and opened 2025 UK amid its rise to No. 2 in the world rankings.
The Premier League table has topped this season to reserve its place in the four finals, all of which realize that the man who must be overcome.
“During the past 18 months, there has been a goal on my back,” he said. “Since I entered a tour for the first time and made the world championship, I just knew.
“From the moment I entered the first professional tour (floor competition), I knew everyone wanted to hit me. This is still as it is. There will always be a goal on my back and know if I am not in the game A, they will meet me.”
Litler is looking to become the third player to win the Premier League title behind Phil Taylor and Michael van Gerawne.
This is his fixed hegemony that Aspinall asked whether Littler can stay away from the game closer to most of the players.
“Until now, Luke has not retired and did not worry about money again in his life, this is simple like that,” said Aspienal.
“He will always have an exhibition and I hope not (retires). He comes out of his shell a little now.
“I only think that if he is tired of traveling now, he only got a girlfriend, when he has a child and things like that and has 30 million pounds, he sat in his officer, does he really want to travel to Wigan on the cold Tuesday morning? Maybe not.
“Maybe not (retirement) within five years, but I definitely don’t think it will be of my life, so this is 15 years old. I don’t think it will be here in 33 years.”
