Sharing a little summary of the year and what I’m working on in 2025.

Hello friends! Happy New Year’s Eve! Any plans tonight? We eat Indian food and set off fireworks in our pajamas. No crazy plans and I’m very happy. I’m happy to stay up early at night and go out for a family walk in the morning!

It’s funny because I thought the last year of my military pilot career would be the longest year of my life. I thought it was going to be a painfully slow drag to the finish line. The fact is that this year flew by. I can’t believe he’s ending things, he’s changed leadership, and we’re getting ready for his retirement party at the end of the month. Lots of huge changes coming.

This year has been a year of glorious travel, fun moments with the kids (who are growing up way too fast. Liv will be 13 next week!!!), time with friends, events, family time at home, time in nature, and a huge year for my healing journey. I celebrated one year symptom-free last year from eye issues and autoimmune symptoms and I’m grateful to have had a year where I actually dialed in my routine and felt my best in years (decades???). I created a free eBook here about my autoimmune journey And things that helped me if you want to check it out!

Professional summary:

from Integrative health practitioner From our perspective, this has been a year full of learning, expansion and customer success. It’s been so amazing to see their wins, and I’ve reviewed over 100 lab tests this year! I was a winner of EquiLife’s 100 Day Challenge in October (#7! Woop!) and A.J Winner of the IHP Top Five Champion Award last spring. I was also invited to be part of the Centurion program and train for three months with 15 other IHPs and EquiLife to take our laboratory analysis to the next level. From there, I was able to start reading labs for EquiLife clients as well as my own.

I feel blessed every day to be part of such a company with an amazing mission and the inspiring people behind it. I can’t wait to see what Consumer price index He has it in store for next year!

I feel superstitious when I say this, but the blog had its best year in terms of ad revenue in at least 5 years. My SEO team has been working hard behind the scenes, and we’re really starting to see the results of their efforts. My goal is still to publish fun, personal posts here (the kinds I like to read), as well as useful, SEO-driven content, because that’s what drives new readers to the blog.

Podcast It continues to do well, but one of my goals is to put more energy into the group and publish more episodes and grow in the new year. Another goal is to publish more on LTKBecause I love sharing outfits and gift ideas.

On the sponsorship side, this year I worked with one company that I admire and love: Now foods. I am so grateful for their continued partnership and to continue working together in 2025. I receive sponsorship offers every day, but I turn down almost all of them because they are for, or sell to, companies and products that don’t align with my values. Products I don’t use or don’t like. I will never promote a company on the blog that I don’t love and support 100%.

I’m also grateful to our affiliate partners, including NutriSense, eco life, Consumer price index, communication, Higher dose, Danger coffee, Organifi, OneSkin, Butcherbox, blasphemy, Umbrella, somafidic, Air doctor, VivaRise, PVLFAnd to all of you who shop through my links. She directly supports our family (and helps keep this little blog running), and I appreciate it so much. I also started working with Olivida and Wave of life this year; Two companies I’m very excited about!

This month was the last month of Team Fit workouts as we are designing my new signature program. It’s a 6-month program that includes functional lab tests, supplements, protocols, and personalized recommendations to help you feel your best. It’s basically a culmination of everything I’ve learned, and used with my clients, and also myself to dramatically transform our health and energy levels. I can’t wait to share with you in early February!

Personal and health goals:

My health goal is to continue working on habits that make me feel my best, like quarterly detoxes, smart supplements, restorative practices, connecting to nutrition, walking, and workouts (I like a mix of strength training, barre, spinning, pilates, and calisthenics sports). Hot yoga), stress management. My goal is to reduce toxins where I can, replenish deficiencies, and continue to use functional lab testing as an amazing tool. I feel proud of myself for taking charge of my health and getting to the root cause of what I was experiencing, as well as my ability to… Share everything you’ve learned along the way.

Keep practicing your Spanish! this year, I started working with a teacher from Italki To improve my skills, since we will be back in Spain this year, I want to gain more confidence with the Spanish language. (I’ve studied Spanish and I can understand it perfectly but I’m not 100% confident speaking it.)

Return to Bible study. After going out in the spring. I had just started working with EquiLife clients and was very excited to make as many calls as possible! Now that I know how to work the platform a little better and can block out Bible study time, I’d like to make it a priority again.

Continue to be the best mother, wife, and friend I can be. I want the people in my life to know how much I love them, and to lead them with a grateful, patient, and loving heart every day. Some days are harder than others, but checking in with gratitude in the morning really impacts how I feel for the rest of the day.

I’d love to hear about your year and goals! What are you proudest of in the past year, what are you working on now? Do you have any health goals? Travel plans? I want to hear everything!

I wish you a happy and beautiful New Year and I will see you soon!

xoxo

Jenna
