The complaint accuses the Trump administration of violating the Administrative Procedures Law, the first amendment and parts of the fifth amendment.
“No American should lose their livelihood, or be banned as a lawyer of the representation of customers, because the president holds a grudging towards them or those who represent him,” Zaid said in a statement. “This is not only about me. It is related to the use of security permits as political weapons.”
