The UK Athletics (UKA) announced that a disciplinary committee found a young man – who was a 1500 -meter Olympics in the Olympics in Tokyo in 2021 – guilty of nine out of 39, which he faced, seven of them seriously.

“There is no level of success on the path that can justify behaviors that are less than the required standards from a licensed coach for UKA. This issue confirms that performance and medals can never come at the expense of athletes.

“A major change in culture has already occurred within UKA. The focus has been more luxury and respect than Paula Dan’s leadership and the performance team. We have strengthened reports systems, expanded social welfare support, ensuring independent experience and supported us available when concerns are raised.

“We are grateful to the athletes who have shown the courage to move forward – their actions have confirmed that unacceptable behavior has been subjected to treatment.

“We look forward to the future, we are determined to continue building this progress.
