Kristen Brown and Janelle Brown talk about their relationship with Meri and Robyn Brown

Two stars from TLC’s Sister wives They reveal their relationship status with their former sister wives.

Throughout the final season of Sister wivesFans saw the Brown family continuing to disintegrate Christine Brown, Janelle Brown and Merry Brown They left the house they shared with the husband Cody Brown and his wife, Robyn Brown.

Now, the women are no longer involved in a polygamous relationship, and instead have moved on to their separate lives. The only sister wife who remains married to Kody is Robyn.

During the last episode of “Rogue energy“,” On the iHeart podcast, Kristen and Janelle, who have remained friends and still consider each other “family” despite Kodi’s departure, talked about their relationship with Meri and Robyn.

“I haven’t talked to Meri or Robyn in years, which is funny,” Kristen revealed. “We’ll keep it that way. You don’t need to develop a relationship with them.”

After her marriage to her husband… David WoolleyIn October 2023, Kristen said that while Janelle attended the celebration, Meri and Robyn did not.

“The great thing about being older when you get married is that you only have to invite the people you really want there,” Kristen continued.

“There are no obligatory invitations that go out to some Uncle Bob or Uncle Jed, but you say, ‘I really don’t want him there.’ And he’ll blah, blah, blah. He always does this blah, blah, blah,” Kristen said on the podcast. “We didn’t have to.” “We only invited our closest friends to our wedding.”

“And you were one of our closest friends,” she told Janelle. “I’m not friends with Kody, Meri, or Robyn, so I didn’t have to. I just had to invite whoever I wanted.”

As for Janelle, she said she “had some interactions with Meri” and Kody due to a property the three of them own.

“I think she was really happy,” Janelle said of Meri. “She’s been living her own life. You know what I mean? So we’ve been working cohesively to sort out this ownership situation, which is good.”

“I didn’t have any interaction with Robyn,” Janelle continued. “I didn’t look for it. I don’t really interfere with it in any part of my life.

Janelle added that she’s excited to control herself as she moves forward, and Kristen says she finally found the teammate she’s been longing for in her new husband.

But as the Brown families drift apart, Kody’s relationship with the children he shares with Janelle, Meri, and Kristen has been affected.

During the last episode of Sister wivesCody said he refuses to “break up” with his wife, Robyn, in order to have a relationship with his other children.

“My kids will always be my kids, and the door will always be open to them,” he admitted, adding that the caveat is that his kids have to take the first step toward rebuilding their relationship. “They have to walk through that door.”

“I’m going to extend my hand for this, but I’m going to grab this hand next to me, and I’m not going to let go of that hand,” he said, referring to Robin. “I will not sever Robyn’s relationship with my children.”

As for Kristen and Janelle’s children, they agreed on the podcast that they know they have “aminah” as they called their family “successful” due to how closely they raised them during polygamy.
