The Times Water announced that the American private stock company KKR will not submit a planned deal to inject billions of pounds of stocks at interest, while throwing a larger future for water in Britain.

In late March, Themes Water chose KKR as its favorite partner in the stock re -drawing deal, according to which the American company will take over the semi -percentage utility and save it from the edge of nationalization.

However, Themes Water said on Tuesday that “KKR indicated that he would not be in a position to follow up, and the position of her favorite partner has now turned.”

Theme Water also discusses a backup planning plan with senior lenders. The tool said on Tuesday that it “intends to progress in discussions” in this plan with the Owwat water regulator and “other stakeholders.”

This is a developing story
