Kid Rock wants to ‘unite the country’, shares plans to celebrate with ‘like-minded, hardworking patriots’

Days before his performance at Inauguration ceremony of President-elect Donald Trump Following this weekend’s events, Kid Rock shared his plans to continue celebrating throughout 2025.

On Thursday, the musician took to social media to make a “big announcement.”

“The announcement is that I will be playing seven shows in the Midwest during the months of March and April,” he said in a video posted. He ended his performance by saying: “Ladies and gentlemen, prepare for the most patriotic American badass on the face of the Earth, President Donald J. Trump.” He then introduced Kid Rock, CEO and President of the UFC Dana Whitewho spoke right before Trump gave his speech.

During his speech, Trump talked about Kid Rock, saying that the rocker called him and asked if he could participate in the convention.

“He’s become a friend of mine over the last 10 years, and he’s amazing,” Trump said. “Everyone loves him. I didn’t even know how big he was.”
