Jose Mourinho believes that Manchester United is right to stick to Robin Amorim

Jose Mourinho expressed his support for Manchester United’s decision to abide by director Robin Amorim, despite a disappointing season that witnessed them in the fifteenth place in the Premier League.

This was his lowest level ever, and the Red Devils were absent in the Champions League qualifications in this process.

To create, United lost 1-0 to Tottenham in the European League final, and ended any hope to save European football for the next season.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Mourinho, who is still the last United coach to raise a European cup in 2017, admitted the harsh impact of the latest club setback.

Mourinho said: “From what I read, the effect of (the final loss of the European League) on Man United is huge because of the period he spent since there is no European competition,” Mourinho said.

“But at the same time, they seem to support Robin. They give him time and conditions appropriate to move forward.”

Amorim took over from the sport in November, but he could not direct United, and ends with an apology to the fans after completing the league.

Earlier this week, he suggested that the absence of European games could actually be a blessing because it focuses on improving the team’s performance of the next campaign.

Mourinho can call. He said his early experience in Porto in 2002 reflected the current situation of Amorim. “When I went to Porto, the same thing happened,” I explained.

“I arrived in January and we had six difficult months. Until we were struggling to qualify for the European Football Association Cup. Then what happened happened.”

Mourinho’s first full season in Porto was successful. He led them to a local trilogy and then acquired the Champions League title the following year.

Now he runs Fenerbahce in Türkiye, sees a similar opportunity for things to build on this harsh start in Old Trafford.
