Jose André on what he saw on a modern trip to Gaza

Chef Jose Andres, the founder of World Central Kitchen, describes his journey late last week to Gaza, where he wiped his relief group’s efforts to provide food for the Palestinians. Andres said: “We need to make sure that we are cooking where people live. We need to make sure that we feed them wherever people are.”
