Lionsgate expands the John Week range quickly. “Ballet Dancer”, also known as “ballet dancer: from the world of John Wake”, is now in theaters and works as the first theatrical performance in the very successful action movie concession. It is not the first cross in general, though. This distinction goes to “The Continental”, a prior television series called by producers “a genius idea”. It turns out that it was a big swing and a beauty queen, somewhat present as a brother often in the universe at the present time.

The series is held in the seventies of the last century and focuses on the young Winston Scott (Colin Woodle), the character that Ian MacChan plays in films, and shows us how he came to control the Continental Hotel in New York City, a famous safe haven for the killers. On paper, it does not look like a bad story. However, the execution has left much to be desirable. /Jeremy Mattai called the movie “The Continental” “A” has no meaning, and it does not make sense in the end “in his review.

Talk to Hollywood Observer In honor of the version of “Ballerina”, the Shepherd Chad Stahelski, which directed all the four main “John Wick” films, spoke, frankly with what happened with “The Continental”. So, what is the error that happened? This is what he said on this topic:

“Keno and me-I did not say that I was, but we saw heard and did not really notice him. Lyon, Bernardo (Bertolucci) or Andre Tchaikovsky … then it’s not the same.

The continent did not make John Wake’s method

As Stateski sees, the team that was at the heart of these films is what makes the “John Wick” sign. This does not mean that Reeves should be in every project and does not mean that Sthelski necessarily needs to direct each project. But the studio was at least working well to listen to them, given that they were the ones who saved John Wake from being a direct release to the video and turned it into a huge concession.

The signs were there when it was about “The Continental”, which first entered the development of Starz in 2018. The waiting period for five years and the changing networks did not inspire confidence. It turned out, there were many reasons for not confident. Speaking as well, Stahelski has offered a greater window on its creative process, which varied greatly from what was done through the fateful cross series:

“If you see our operation, you will be like”, “You tell me that this concession is one billion dollars Is it this way? I explore my next movie in London and we watched a great site yesterday, which completely changed the second work. We rewrite everything. I find a great team members and I constantly rewrite their parts. This makes (films) very good and organic – we are constantly upgrading. But the studio loves to know what they are getting for a bail and they want to lock the text program for budget reasons. While we say, “Just write the check, we will see the finish line.”

Stalerski asks a lot, but many say he got it. Heck, He even came to deal with re -sale operations on the “ballet dancer” when he could not be Lin Wezmann there. Early, at least, the fans respond well to the movie, which looks and feels like something from the world of “John Wick” more than “The Continental”. Lionsgate is unlikely to make the same mistakes again, which is certain.

“Ballet Dancer” in theaters is now.
