Sunderland agreed to the club’s registration fees amounting to about 33 million euros (27.8 million pounds), in addition to 5 million euros (4.2 million pounds), in favor of Jub Bellingham to join Borussia Dortmund.
The agreement also includes a 15 percent sale condition, and will be the highest transmission fees that Sunderland received ever.
With the exception of additional jobs, Belingham will become the second most expensive signature in the history of Borussia Dortmund.
Bellingham, who played his older brother Jude in the Bundesliga Club for three seasons, helped Sunderland secure the promotion of the Premier League through the qualifying final in the tournament after eight years of the upper trip.
