Jemima Rodriguez is reviving ‘Celebrate the Guitar’ after achieving an amazing first hundred hits

India Women’s National Cricket Team batsman Jemima Rodrigues came up with a brilliant effort with the bat in the ongoing second ODI against the Irish Women’s National Cricket Team. The match between the two teams will be held at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot.

Jemima Rodrigues was the star player for the Indian women’s national cricket team in the ongoing match against Ireland with the bat. The right-hander put in an amazing effort with the bat and made sure she helped her team put a big total on the board in what is a virtual playoff series.

Rodriguez, who came out to bat at number four, benefited from the start provided by the top order. The middle-order batsman looked in good touch from the start. She impressed her class with the bat and played some brilliant strokes in her innings, putting the Irish bowlers under pressure.

Rodriguez slammed a powerful maiden half-century, and after that, she didn’t look back. She attacked the players of the Irish women’s national cricket team and smashed them all over the park. The wait for her first ton finally ended when she reached the milestone with 90 balls.

Jemima Rodriguez finished with an innings of 102 runs off 91 balls as she returned to the hut for the last over. The right-hander batted at a strike rate of over 112 and also hit 12 fours during her knock. Her efforts led to the Indian women’s national cricket team scoring a total of 370 runs.

Speaking about her roles, Jemima Rodriguez said that it meant a lot to her because she had waited for a very long time to get her ton. She said she wants to be there with the team until the end. She also spoke about her 183-year-long partnership with Harleen Deol (89). She said after the session ended:

“It means a lot. It’s been a long wait to get that hundred. More than anything else, I’m happy that the team gave me a role at number four and I was able to live up to that. Today the most important thing for me is to stay there until the end of the fifty, because I know running is not a problem, I am very good at running.

“But it’s just the feeling of batting to the end – that was the thought process, and I’m glad I was able to do it. The hundred just came. At first, it took me a while to get used to the conditions. I know I can speed up at any moment, I have that game but it was It’s important for me to stay there, and while I was doing that, Harlen kept telling me ‘keep playing, keep playing’.
