It kills Russian missiles and the drone attack at least 14 in Kyiv

Russia launched dozens of drones, as well as many ballistic missiles and cruises in four Ukrainian cities, killing at least 14 people in Kiev.

The cities of Kyiv, Odissa and Chernehif, as well as Zaporesvia, were exposed to the night. Footage of rescue services showed that many residential buildings were wounded in the Ukrainian capital and parts of tall towering completely. City officials said the rescue units were deployed on 27 sites.

The number of deaths is the worst in the Ukrainian capital since July 2024, when a Russian missile attack struck a children’s hospital and killed 33 people across the city. Thirteen people also died in Kyiv in a similar attack in April this year.

In recent weeks, Russia has intensified its attacks, which included a mixture of strike and drones that were launched in the waves as well as ballistic missiles and cruise flights to rid the air defenses in Ukraine.

It was reported that the Ukrainian firefighting teams, which are trying to shoot down Russian drones from truck -installed machine guns, have also fought to deal with more complex drones flying at higher altitudes.
