Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told his fellow world leaders on Friday that his country “must end the job” against Hamas in Gaza, with a unified speech despite international isolation of his rejection of the devastating war.

“Perhaps Western leaders have been under pressure,” he said. “And I guarantee you one thing: Israel will not do it.”

He spoke after dozens of delegates from multiple countries from the United Nations hall collectively on Friday, where Netanyahu moved to the platform. Canadian ambassador Bob Ray says it was sitting during the Netanyahu address and did not participate in the comprehensive withdrawal.

When the Israeli leader spoke, incomprehensible shouts were echoed about the hall. The American delegation, which Netanyahu supported his campaign against Hamas.

The few present world forces, the United States and the United Kingdom, have not sent the largest senior officials or even the United Nations ambassador to their department. Instead, it was filled with more low -level young diplomats.

Netanyahu faces international isolation, accusations of war crimes and the increasing pressure to end the conflict that continued to escalate. Friday’s speech was his opportunity to respond to the largest platform of the international community.

The delegates came out of multiple countries from the United Nations General Assembly on Friday, as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ascended to treat world leaders. It comes at a time when the deadly Israel campaign in Gaza is close to a two -year mark since the Hamas -led attack on October 7, 2023.

As it was often in the past, Netanyahu made visual aid – a map of the region entitled “The Curse”. It has a sign of a large mark. Later, he installed the quick response code on his bid jacket and grabbed a board with a multi -options question he read to the public.

He also praised US President Donald Trump, his main ally in his political and military approach in the region.

In recent days, Australia, Canada, France, the United Kingdom and others declared Their recognition of an independent Palestinian state.

In response to those countries, Netanyahu said: “Your disgraceful decision will encourage terrorism against the Jews and against innocent people everywhere.”

The Prime Minister’s Office said that the Israeli army will take over the mobile phones of the Gaza population and Hamas participants, and his speech will be broadcast directly through mobile devices. The AP and CBC News Freelancer journalists inside Gaza have not seen any immediate evidence to broadcast Netanyahu’s speech on the phones there.

The European Union is studying definitions and sanctions on Israel. This month, the association approved an undisputed decision that urges Israel to adhere to an independent Palestinian nation, which Netanyahu said is not independent.

The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant accusing Netanyahu of crimes against humanity, which is what it denies. And the highest United Nations court weighing South Africa’s claim that Israel has committed genocide in Gaza, which it strongly refutes.

The opposition of Netanyahu’s approach is growing

In a special session of the association this week, after the nation, the nation expressed its horror on October 7, 2023, an attack by Hamas militants who killed about 1,200 people in Israel witnessed 251 hostages and the war. Many actors continued to call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the flow of aid.

Israel’s complete attack killed more than 65,000 Palestinians in Gaza, according to local health officials, and explained 90 percent of its population, With an increasing number of starvation now.

While more than 150 countries now recognize a Palestinian state, the United States has not provided Israel with noisy support. But US President Donald Trump clearly indicated on Thursday to the existence of borders, he told reporters in Washington that he would not allow Israel to include the occupied West Bank.

Israel has not announced this step, but many prominent members of the Netanyahu government have called for this. Officials recently agreed to a controversial settlement project that would effectively cut the West Bank in two parts – a step that critics say can destroy the opportunities of a Palestinian state.

Trump and Netanyahu are scheduled to meet during the visit of the Israeli leader.

The Palestinians had to say the United Nations on the previous day

On Thursday, Netanyahu’s title was preceded by Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas, who addressed the General Assembly via the video, since the United States deprived him of a visa. He welcomed the advertisements, but said that the world needs to do more to achieve the state.

He said: “It is time for the international community to do it properly by the Palestinian people,” and helped them to realize “their legitimate rights to get rid of the occupation and not get rid of a hostage to the mood of Israeli policy.”

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas told the United Nations that the Palestinians want a modern and democratic state as part of two international solutions with Israel. He pledged to work with the United Nations to implement a peace plan in Gaza, which was approved by the United Nations earlier this month.

Abbas leads the internationally recognized Palestinian Authority, which runs parts of the West Bank. Hamas won the legislative elections in Gaza in 2006 before controlling Abbas’s forces the following year.

Israel acquired the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza’s tape in the Middle East war in 1967, and then withdrew from Gaza in 2005. The Palestinians want all three lands to form their perceived condition, which is part of the “state solution” that the international community adopted for decades.

Netanyahu opposes her strongly, while preserving that creating a Palestinian state would reward Hamas.

“This will not happen,” said at the airport on Thursday.
