The Israeli forces launched a large -scale blow across the Gaza Strip early on Tuesday, while it appeared to be the first major attack on the region since it began to stop Israel with Hamas almost two months ago.

The Israeli Defense Forces said in a telegram before 2:30 am local time that they and the Israeli security agency were “running widespread strikes on terrorist targets belonging to the terrorist organization Hamas in the Gaza Strip.” She said that this attack is a matter by Israel’s political leadership.

Shortly later, Hamas said in a statement that the Israeli government “resumed its aggression” in the Gaza Strip. It was not clear whether the strikes were effectively ended in the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas, which came into effect in mid -January.

The Israeli Prime Minister’s office, Benjamin Netanyahu, said in a statement that he and the Minister of Defense, Israel Katz, had issued instructions to the army to act, noting the “repeated rejection” of Hamas “to release us the hostages” and said that the militants refused all of Steve Witkev, and the American environment of the Middle East.

The statement said, “From now on, Israel will spend against Hamas with an increase in military force,” the statement said.

The brokers, including the United States, Qatar and Egypt, participated in negotiating the following steps in the ceasefire agreement, which will include a permanent end of the war. But they have made little progress, given the established differences between the two sides. Israel began attacking Gaza shortly after Hamas’s attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

Since it entered the ceasefire, the Israeli army made a series of smaller strikes on Gaza, which Hamas claims more than 150 people, at least some of them civilians. Israel has accused of violating the armistice agreement over and over again by continuing military operations.
