Iran can restore some uranium after our strike, the Israeli official says

Israel believes that Iran can recover enriched uranium buried under one of the three facilities that American forces hit last month, according to a senior Israeli official.

Speaking to American correspondents, the official said that access to enriched uranium in my argument would be very difficult and that any attempt would push the renewed Israeli strikes.

Donald Trump has repeatedly claimed that the American air and missile strikes in Iran in June “blur” the country’s nuclear facilities, even when some US intelligence agencies took a more cautious vision.

Iran denies the pursuit of nuclear weapons and says that enriching uranium is for peaceful purposes.

At a press conference for reporters in Washington, the senior Israeli official – who refused to name – said that intelligence indicates that many enriched uranium in Iran were buried in cohorts, which were shocked by the cruise missiles launched by submarines during the “midnight” on June 22.

However, the official did not express his concern about the evaluation, noting that any Iranian attempt to restore materials is possible.

According to the official, Israel’s evaluation is that the Iranian nuclear program has been appointed for two years.

Trump and members of his administration were insisting on destroying the entire Iranian nuclear facilities.

“As President Trump said many times, Hummer has completely reassured the nuclear facilities of Iran,” White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly said in a statement sent to the American media. “The whole world is safer thanks to its decisive leadership.”

BBC called the White House for more comment.

US intelligence assessments were more cautious, as the initial defense intelligence agency report concluded that while the three sites – Fordo, Natanz and Safhan were not completely destroyed.

In late June, CIA Director John Ratcliffe said that the destruction of the only facility in Iran to produce mineral uranium has effectively led Iran to build a nuclear weapon.

The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grouosi, told CBS, the American partner, in the BBC, that although the three targeted Iranian sites “were destroyed to an important degree”, the parts “still exist.”

“Frankly, one cannot claim that everything has disappeared, and there is nothing there.”

In an interview with conservative commentator Taker Carlson, he published earlier this week, Iranian President Mahmoud Bezishian said the facilities were “severely damaged.”

“So we have no access to them,” he said.
