She is the founder and CEO of Stellar Solutions, Inc., a Malcolm Baldrige Award-winning aerospace engineering firm serving defense, intelligence, commercial, and civil customers. She founded Ford Stellar Solutions in 1995, where she led global expansion and launched initiatives such as the Stellar Solutions Foundation and the QuakeFinder Humanitarian Research and Development Program. Her accolades include Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Baldrige Foundation and the National Association of Business Owners, the Ernst & Young Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and induction into the Silicon Valley Engineering Hall of Fame. She holds degrees in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame and Stanford University.

Chris Morales, Partner, Point72 Ventures

Chris Morales Partner in the investment team in Point72 projectsWhere he leads defense technology investments. Prior to joining Point72, he was a technology, media and communications associate in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he advised large technology clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings. Morales previously served as an F/A-18 Super Hornet weapons systems officer in the U.S. Navy, flying combat missions in Operations New Dawn and Enduring Freedom. During his last two years of active duty, he was a flight instructor, training aircrew in F/A-18 aircraft techniques, tactics and procedures.

Morgan Beller He is a general partner in NFXa seed-stage venture capital fund. Previously at Facebook, she joined corporate development in 2017 to explore blockchain strategy, helping build the dedicated blockchain team that became Diem and Novi, where she served as head of strategy. Before Facebook, Morgan led corporate development at Medium, overseeing the acquisition of Embedly and shaping the company’s subscription strategy. Previously, she was on the deals team at Andreessen Horowitz, focusing on early-stage investments. Morgan has deep experience in technology, blockchain, venture investing, and shaping startups from the ground up through strategy and capital.
