A master’s armed with HEC PARIS and a contract of experience in Europe, an Indian professional to Reddit in frustration, and revealed how a high international profession in his country. He pointed out that while he sometimes received messages from recruits and companies within the European Union, Indian employers’ responses did not exist.
The newspaper Reddit Post has sparked the discussion about the obstacles that go back to the confrontation of NRIS – from cultural suitability and excessive rehabilitation perceptions, to the lack of local networks and various recruitment dates.

Another user wrote: “The labor market is not great in India. It is common to see that we apply for 100 job opportunities and we will not get a call even from one unless they are really lucky. Sorry for not trying to discourage you.”
One of the commentators highlighted the cultural clashes: “In addition to that they do not want us – with our liberal expectations – we consider a spoiled apple for Indian human resources. Even one of us can spoil his entire team – who trained to maintain their head and work for peanuts … no one wants NRI an experience abroad.”
