India requires civil defense training with a possible clash with Pakistan looming on the horizon

The government of India ordered the officials to carry out civil defense training in most countries on Wednesday, as it is preparing for a possible military conflict with Pakistan and its neighbor.

Tensions between nuclear armed countries, which have fought many wars, have escalated since April 22, when the militants killed 26 people in the India -controlled part of the Kashmir region, which both countries claim. India accuses Pakistan of participating in the terrorist attack, which Pakistan denies.

India has prepared a case to carry out military strikes on what the airspace calls for terrorists in Pakistan. Pakistan promised to respond to any military action by India.

In recent days, the exchange of a small arms fire broke out along the borders of the countries, and a group of activity in New Delhi has suggested that the Indian strike may be imminent. Prime Minister Narendra Moody has repeatedly met with his military leaders, and his officials continued to publicly talk about taking action against Pakistan.

In a letter sent on Monday to all states and regions of the country, the Indian Ministry of Interior ordered the implementation of training to assess the public’s willingness to conflict. In 244 provinces – it was determined as civil defense areas because they are near the border or coast, or because of other visible weaknesses – all villages will be asked to conduct exercises, according to the letter.

The message, which was seen in the New York Times, said that the exercises should include the test siren and the guidance of civilians in how to move in the power outages and the implementation of evacuations.

Similar exercises have already been conducted near the border in recent days, especially in Kashmir, where videos showed that schoolchildren lead through duck training and people who clean the warehouses that are intended to use during the air strikes.
