With aviation operations suspended in dozens of airports due to tension between India and Pakistan, Indian airline players, they face Air India and Spicejet, revenue losses of 30 rupees per day, says a report issued by HSBC.

The HSBC Global Research report says that INDIGO canceled nearly 170 trips, the Air India group canceled about 115 and canceled Spicejet about 35 trips. This also includes about 14-15 international flights from/from Thailand, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the United Kingdom.

Flights have been suspended since May 7, with a Sindoor operation by the Indian government in terrorist camps in Pakistan and Kashmir occupied by Pakistan. The trips in the selected local sectors remain hanging until May 10.

She said: “On the basis of the current cancellation, 8.5 % of the Nile capabilities (seats) will be affected while Air India will have an effect on 18 % of its capacity and 26 % of the spices,” she said.

Regarding the financial influence, the report said it is not easy to calculate due to the presence of many moving parts such as the profitability of these airlines this backup capacity elsewhere, and how this cancellation will affect traffic in transportation and so on.

“But everything is equal, we calculate the loss of revenue of 16.6 rupees and EBIT loss of 7 rupees to win the indigo, and the loss of revenue of 2.3 rupees and the loss of EBIT of 1.5 rupees of the Tobeset and the loss of revenue with a value of 10.5 rupees and the 5 -day Crars of Rs.”

Indian hotel industry can suffer from losses due to these disorders, especially since this is the peak holiday season in India. The main disorder can be from the incoming international traffic.

“Revenue from internal international tourism represents approximately 10 % of the total revenue of the Indian Hotel Company (IHCL) and about 15 % in laptop hospitality. In our account, everything else may face equal, and Indian hotels may face losses from EBIT about 1-1.5 rupees per day, and everything per day may face losses per day 50 Lakhs at the top.

Airlines have issued a passenger consultant regarding the disruption of aviation due to the continuous situation, with a full -time recovery or the reschedule of flights without any additional cost. Even online reservation platforms offer free cancellation or dates for customers.

Nishant Betty, the founder and chairman of the board of directors, said that with the escalation of tensions between India and Pakistan, travelers are urged to remain familiar with.

“We advise all of our customers to exercise maximum caution and stay on a permanent knowledge of official travel consultations before planning trips to sensitive areas.”
