Sydney Thunder captain David Warner was the shining light for his side in the ongoing clash against the Hobart Hurricanes in the 2024-25 Big Bash League (BBL). The match between the two teams will be held at Bellerive Oval in Hobart on Friday (January 10).

Warner, after that knock, looked focused and although the innings was not as smooth as he would have wanted, he made sure that he went on to score a vital century for the team. The batsman will be keen to continue until the end and help his team achieve a big total.

Sam Konstas went down early, after which Oliver Davies scored 17 points. Sydney Thunder will be hoping the opening mix takes them to a total of 160 and gives their bowlers something to fight for.
