An American fugitive was arrested in running from the authorities in Florida for more than two decades in Toronto after living in the city – in the open – for years, CBC News learned.
Patrick Lotus Junior is concerned with unintended murder caused by a drunk driving accident, killing two teenagers in Orlando on Christmas 1998.
Lotus, 51, disappeared, after skipping a hearing in 2003, only to re -appear later in Toronto as a self -designed psychological and host of the monthly trivial night in the local bar, according to court records and online posts reviewed by CBC.
