Mahmoud pointed out that over the past three days, Israeli forces killed more than 200 people in Gaza.
He added that the few remaining hospitals across Gaza were now overwhelmed.
Mahmoud said that in the emergency department of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah, many people were left on the floor while others were waiting to be entered into the operating room.
“By the time it is their turn, it is too late – they have already bled to death. (Many) of the burns are so severe, there is no pain medication available in the hospital,” he said.
